Wire "154" Tour Tee 1979

Wire's 154 (1979) completes the most radical three-album evolution in rock history: Pink Flag (1977), Chairs Missing (1978), 154 (1979). Each album moved further from conventional rock. The title refers to the number of live performances the band had given. Harvest/EMI produced minimal merchandise. Colin Newman, Bruce Gilbert, Graham Lewis, and Robert Gotobed created the template for post-punk minimalism. Original Harvest promo tees: $1,500–$6,000.
