Box Logo Tee White "Lafayette" 1994

The very first Supreme Box Logo tee from 1994 — produced for the opening of the Lafayette Street store in downtown Manhattan — is the holy grail of streetwear collecting. James Jebbia opened Supreme on April 12, 1994. The original Box Logo was screen printed on Hanes Beefy-T blanks in a run believed to be fewer than 500 pieces. The Lafayette Street address, the original red box logo, and the Hanes blank distinguish the 1994 originals from all subsequent versions.
