Fugazi's In on the Kill Taker (1993) represents the DC hardcore band at their most aggressive and complex. Dischord Records produced tour merchandise at $5 — the same price as their show tickets — as a political statement against concert merchandise profiteering. Original Fugazi tees from any era are incredibly scarce because the band sold so few and at such low prices that most were worn to destruction. Currently $60–$150. As punk ethics become fashion values, Fugazi merchandise appreciation accelerates. Upside: $400–$1,200.
