The GOODENOUGH x Stüssy collaboration from 1990 — one of the first international streetwear collaborations — is the founding document of the global streetwear collaboration culture that would come to define the industry. Hiroshi Fujiwara and Shawn Stussy's friendship and creative exchange between Tokyo and Laguna Beach created the template for every Supreme x Nike, BAPE x Adidas, and Virgil Abloh collaboration that followed.
