Rebuild Flannel Shirt

Nepenthes and its Needles brand, founded by Keizo Shimizu in 1988, pioneered the concept of "rebuild" — deconstructing vintage American workwear and reassembling it with new proportions and Japanese sensibility. The Rebuild Flannel series takes actual vintage flannel shirts, cuts them apart, and reconstructs them into new garments that are simultaneously old and new.
