DESCRIPTION
Adidas Campus (originally "Tournament") — introduced in 1979 — became the definitive skate shoe before skateboarding had a shoe culture. The suede upper, the rubber sole, and the three-stripe detailing created a shoe that was simultaneously a basketball court standard and a street classic. Original West Germany-made examples: $200–$700.
